Holey French poop on a stick Batman, that's spectacular! It has great mood and atmosphere... good coloration. Nicely done.
Now, did yo create this from the photos in photo shop? Or did you physically create this in the real world and then scan it? Either way this is cool, but if this is hands on real, then I commend you big time. I've tried to do similar stuff in the past, but never to any fraction of success.

This has got a huge amount of depth considering it's 2D boundaries. The texture you've used around the modern structure is perfect, looks like an earthquake has been born.
And the building, reminds me of the Ghostbusters office, based on the fact it looks like an extremely tall fire station.
